Blackheath Events Policy – Have Your Say!

Following concerns raised as a result of the recent NIMBY application (which is still currently being considered by the Courts), officers from Greenwich and Lewisham have produced a draft Events Policy especially for Blackheath. They originally indicated that they would initiate the process by a survey of users of the Heath.


It now seems this had not been done. However, Lewisham have opened an online consultation which is open until 15th July on which local residents can express their views. There has been no parallel consultation by Greenwich Council.


Local residents can also express their views at the forthcoming Blackheath Assembly which will take place on Tuesday 5 July at 7.30 pm at St Matthew Academy, St Joseph's Vale Blackheath London SE3 0XXS
