When the Greenwich Area Planning Committee discussed the results of the 2006 parking survey in Westcombe Park, they instructed officers to carry out a further consultation six months after the new arrangements came into force in July 2007, paying particular attention to the situation for residents of Mycenae Road and users of Mycenae House. Regrettably, this has not yet taken place. However it is understood this omission will be rectified in early 2009 (over a year late).
In the meantime, officers have been considering much later consultations with residents of Westcombe Hill in particular, following petitions from differing groups of residents. These will be discussed at a meeting of the Area Planning Committee at the Town Hall, Wellington Street, Woolwich on Wednesday 10th December starting at 18.30. Members of the public may attend and (by prior arrangement) speak at the meeting.
