Current Transport Consultations

Residents of Westcombe Park have been adversely affected by a number of transport developments unrelated to the Olympics and road closures for marathons &c.   Readers of the Westcombe News will be aware of the South Eastern Franchise Consultation which runs until 13th September, which provides an opportunity to comment on the proposal to suspend all trains from stopping at London Bridge Station (used by many local residents receiving treatment s at the hospitals there). Some may prefer to complete an unofficial, more user friendly version that can be found at http://www.serailwayconsultation.co.uk.
Greenwich Council also is conducting a survey in preparation for its forthcoming meeting with SE Trains,  at https://consultations.greenwich.gov.uk/kms/dmart.aspxLoggingIn=tempVar&noip=1
There is a further Council consultation on safety issues in Bugsby Way, following recent accidents there (one fatal).  Click the document and the Plan for details.
